How to Deal Children Psychologically to Develop Their Health

There are few suggestions to the parents regarding how to deal with children psychologically so that they turn out to be stable personalities. These health awareness tips are from “From the Malik Radix Health Care”:

1. It is natural that parents can have differences or disharmony among themselves but they should not fight in front of the child as it leads to feeling of insecurity in the delicate mind of child…

2. Although punishment is required at times, but, it should be minimum and the best way to punish is to deprive the child from some privilege. Child will not learn from scolding, beating or ridiculing.

3. Parents should show a consistent behaviour, child should be given a clear and fixed instruction & then the parents should stick to these instructions.

4. Over protection should be avoided especially in the setting of joint family, because it leads to dependence. Over protected children often turnout to be introverts and might not be able to make friends and remain introvert through out the life.

5. Unrealistic expectations should be avoided. Every child can’t maintain first position in the class, must be remembered by the parents.

6. Parents should never shout or shriek at their children for small issues. Instead child should be taken in a separate room and told firmly about his misconduct and that he will not be allowed to cross the norms.

7. Children should not be criticized in an unhealthy manner and should not be compared to other children in unfavorable manners.

8. Parents should not impose beyond a certain limit their own value systems, inspiration and philosophy on the child. Child should be helped in finding his own way out.

9. Busy parents should try to spend some time with their children and should try to engage in their learning activity.

These are the better suggestions to take care health of children psychologically to develop confident in them.

In the current scenario of the world people health is down. People life style are down in the world and specially in India people still dieing with their poorness.

I think poorness creates bad health and health diseases. There are many people in India who don’t know even all the diseases also.

The blog will participate in making aware people about the AIDS, Cancer, TB etc. which is very big for Indian people.

In spite of there should be a campaign in the India to let aware Indian about how to escape from bacteria, various in day to day life.
